9th October 2018 10:30 AM - 07:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Europe/London
The Federation’s International Summit returns this October following a sell-out inaugural conference in July last year.
As we approach a post-Brexit world, we will need to be more open and collaborative than ever and so we will bring together some of the most inspiring people from the Creative Industries around the world to identify how the creative industries can tap in to new markets and respond to global challenges.
The programme will include sessions on:
The future of the creative workforce - an insight into how AI might impact the role and profile of the creative worker and how your business can prepare
The future creative consumer - in the face of declining poverty, an expanding middle-class and affordable tech, this session will explore the profile of the new consumers - who they are, where they are, what is shaping their tastes and desires and how you can reach them
New markets - in-depth profiles on up-and-coming new markets for the creative industries and how your business can get involved
Global challenges - from the environment to migration and how the creative industries are working with other sectors to respond to them
Soft power - who are the new global influencers?
Join us on October 9 as we bring together our unique network of the UK’s top creatives as well as international attendees for a programme of inspiring and thought-provoking discussions with creative leaders, innovators and opinion-formers from around the world. There will also be plenty of opportunity for networking and meeting people on the fringes of the Summit.
